Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Parent accounts may create student profiles for their children
• You may not share your account with others outside your household

Age Requirements

Trivium Tutor is designed for students ages 8 and older, used under parental supervision or with parental consent. Parents create and manage accounts; children access the service through parent-managed student profiles.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI tutor
• Share inappropriate content through the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Resell or redistribute the service

AI-Generated Content

The AI tutor generates responses based on curriculum content and student inputs. While we design the AI to be helpful and accurate, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. The AI tutor is a learning aid, not a replacement for human instruction or professional educational guidance.

Free and Paid Tiers

• Free tier: Includes 10 initial lessons, then 4 lessons per month
• Paid tier: Unlimited lessons for a monthly subscription fee (when available)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

Service Availability

We strive to keep Trivium Tutor available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Trivium Tutor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific educational needs or that AI responses will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivium Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the service.
